Weddings at Creekside
Creekside’s two hundred acres of mountain beauty are yours and your guests’ to enjoy when you rent our entire facility for your wedding weekend. Guests can walk, hike, swim, fish, enjoy a massage, or take pleasure in beautiful views while relaxing and visiting with each other in this comfortable mountain setting. At Creekside we host only one wedding per weekend, so you can be sure that your special day will be as unhurried and personal as you could hope for. Creekside’s Wedding Island in Indian Creek offers a favorite setting for outdoor ceremonies. Back-up arrangements in a nearby country church are made should there be seriously inclement weather. The Farmhouse is a charming venue for rehearsal dinners and smaller wedding receptions. The Sky Room, with exceptional mountain views from its decks, offers space for seated dining and dancing for larger weddings.
Capacity
We can accommodate a maximum of up to 100 guests on padded white wooden chairs at the Wedding Island. The Sky Room with its attached roofed deck will seat up to 100 for a reception dinner with room for dancing. The Farmhouse Inn can seat up to 50 guests for a rehearsal dinner. Approximately 45 guests can be accommodated in our cottages, suites, and rooms. We can recommend nearby lodging for additional guests if necessary.
Our base weekend wedding package includes:
- Rental of all event spaces for your wedding weekend
- The Wedding Island for your Friday rehearsal and your Saturday ceremony
- The Farmhouse Inn for your rehearsal dinner
- The Sky Room for your wedding reception
- Your choice of a buffet or plated dinner for your rehearsal dinner from our standard menus
- Bonfire set up for your pleasure following the rehearsal dinner
- Set up, rental, and removal of handcrafted wooden wedding arch, white padded wooden chairs, guest book table with lace cloth, and unity candle table with cloth
- Services of our Wedding Planner to guide you through your choices and arrange consultation with clergy, musician, and floral designer, and to help your guests with reserving accommodations suited to their needs
- Signs to guide your guests and parking guidance for larger weddings
- Services of our Event Coordinator to guide you through your wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and reception and provide support throughout the weekend.
We can also provide and coordinate the following services for you:
- Horse and carriage
- Clergy
- Ceremony music
- Wedding Cake
- Floral decorations
- Alcoholic beverage packages
- We can also provide referrals for reception music and photographers
- Wish boats to float down the creek
Required lodging rentals & food services
For all weddings Creekhouse, The Farmhouse Suites, and Cozy Cottage are required rentals. If the Sky Room is used for your wedding reception Cedars Suite, which is attached, is also a required rental. Creekhouse rental will be included in the wedding bill. Remaining required rentals will be included in the wedding bill if they are not booked by a wedding guest. No lodging rentals are included in our base package price.
All food and beverages for the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception must be supplied by Creekside Resort. Alcoholic beverages are not included in the base package price.
Reserve your date A non-refundable deposit of $1000.00 will secure your wedding date. At that time a payment plan will be set up with your Creekside Wedding Planner.
