Lodging Rate Information

Nightly rates include a continental breakfast at the Farmhouse Inn, wireless internet access in the resort office area, and use of the grounds which include walk trails for hiking, creek and pond for fishing, and pool for swimming.  We request a two night minimum for all accommodations and a three night stay on holiday weekends.  Our listed rates are for two people staying in a one-bedroom accommodation, for three people in a two-bedroom accommodation and for four people in a three bedroom accommodation.  For each additional person $25 per night will be added.

Weekly rental prices run from Friday to Friday.  Prices include one set of bed linens and towels per person.  A cleaning fee ($75) at the end of the rental applies. Breakfast is not included in weekly cottage rentals, but may be added for $10/person per day.  Please make your breakfast reservations at least one week in advance of your stay. 

We are happy to have well-behaved pets at Creekside.  Please let us know at the time you make your reservation that you would like to have your pet accompany you during your stay.  The Farmhouse, Firefly and Dogwood are pet free accommodations, but our other cottages are pet friendly.  Your pet must be registered with us to be on our grounds and have current rabies vaccine and be on flea prevention treatment.  Pets are not allowed to be left alone in cottages unless they are confined to a crate.  Pets are not allowed on furniture.  A minimum $50 cleaning fee applies to all pets staying in cottages.   Accidents and pet use of furniture will incur additional charges.  We cannot allow any breeds that may be dangerous or frightening to our other guests. 

Tax is additional. Sales and lodging tax is 12%.

 

Reservation Information

To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card deposit for half your lodging total, or a minimum of one night's lodging, balance due at check-in. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal and Travelers Checks accepted.

Cancellations

As a small country resort, our business depends on advance reservations and cancellations can be costly.

Deposits will be refunded if notice of cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the arrival date, less a $30 processing fee. Group reservations, holidays and wedding guest reservations require 30 day notice.  If a reservation is canceled less than 14 days before arrival (or 30 days for holidays and special events) the deposit may be refunded only if ALL of the cancelled nights are rebooked. Deposits are not transferable to another date unless the change is requested 7 days prior to your arrival date. You are welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.

Other things you may need to know

Regular check-in time is 3:00 to 5:00 PM. If you need a later check-in time, please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements.  Check-out time is 11:00AM.  

Creekside is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Creekside does not have cell phone reception.  A phone is available to all our guests in the visitor center.  Creekhouse and Firefly also have phones.  All our phones have local service and long distance calls may be made using a calling card.  Wireless internet access is available in the Mountain Lodge and Resort office area.

In summer cottages and suites are primarily cooled using ceiling and window fans.  Air conditioning is available in some rooms, suites, and cottages.

Housekeeping services are generally conducted at the end of your stay only.  If you prefer more frequent housekeeping we can make this available with advance reservation and additional fees.
