Lodging Rate Information

Nightly rates include a continental breakfast at the Farmhouse Inn, wireless internet access in the resort office area, and use of the grounds which include walk trails for hiking, creek and pond for fishing, and pool for swimming.  We request a two night minimum for all accommodations and a three night stay on holiday weekends.  Our listed rates are for two people staying in a one-bedroom accommodation, for three people in a two-bedroom accommodation and for four people in a three bedroom accommodation.  For each additional person $25 per night will be added.

Weekly rental prices run from Friday to Friday.  Prices include one set of bed linens and towels per person.  A cleaning fee ($75) at the end of the rental applies. Breakfast is not included in weekly cottage rentals, but may be added for $10/person per day.  Please make your breakfast reservations at least one week in advance of your stay. 

Small dogs are allowed in cottages with the exception of Firefly and Dogwood.  Pets are not allowed in the Farmhouse.  Pets should be on a leash when outdoors and crated if left alone in a cottage.  Pets must be on flea control medication or must wear a flea control collar.   A copy of your pet’s current rabies vaccine must be sent to us before your pet arrives.  A $50 cleaning fee applies per weekend stay.

Our Season rates apply April 15th - October 31st and all Holidays.  Off-season rates apply to rentals Nov 1st-April 15th except Holidays. Most cottages are closed from December 1st-March 1st.

Tax is additional. Sales and lodging tax is 12%.

 

Reservation Information

To guarantee your reservation, we require a credit card deposit for half your lodging total, balance due at check-out. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal and Travelers Checks accepted.

Cancellations

As a small country resort, our business depends on advance reservations and cancellations can be costly.

Should you cancel your stay 30 days or more prior to your arrival, we will be happy to hold your deposit for a future stay, or arrange for a refund less a $40 processing fee.

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, no deposit will be refunded or held for a future stay unless the entire reserved stay is rebooked by another party. Late arrivals and/or early departures will be responsible for the entire reserved stay unless we are able to rebook the room.

Other things you may need to know

Regular check-in time is 3:00 to 6:00 PM. If you need a later check-in time, please let us know in advance so we can make special arrangements.  Check-out time is 11:00AM.   

Creekside is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

Creekside does not have cell phone reception.  A phone is available to all our guests in the visitor center.  Creekhouse and Firefly also have phones.  All our phones have local service and long distance calls may be made using a calling card.  Wireless internet access is available in the Mountain Lodge and Resort office area.

In summer cottages and suites are primarily cooled using ceiling and window fans.  Air conditioning is available in some rooms, suites, and cottages.

Housekeeping services are generally conducted at the end of your stay only.  If you prefer more frequent housekeeping we can make this available with advance reservation and additional fees.
